A quiet boutique hotel interior at dawn, in black and white

brand identity studio · haines city, fl

we make the whole identity of a place — the mark, the palette, the printed book — and stand behind every page.

Anchor & Lantern is a brand identity practice for boutique hotels, spas, and wellness houses. One studio, one commission, delivered and invoiced per project.

every engagement begins with a single conversation and a clear scope — nothing more.

the rhythm of a commission

drawn under one roof

Research, design, and proofing happen inside the studio — the same eyes carry a brand from first sketch to final sign-off.

10–14weeks, kickoff to book

A typical full identity runs ten to fourteen weeks — deliberate, sequenced, and never rushed to a deadline that damages the work.

yours to keep

Files, licensed fonts, and the printed guideline book are handed over on completion. The brand belongs to the house that built it.

the method

how a brand is made, in three movements.

01 — the anchor

we ground the brand first

Before a single mark is drawn, we study the place: its guests, its region, the rituals it offers, and the brands it stands beside. The anchor is the position everything else is tied to — written down and agreed before design begins.

02 — the lantern

then we give it light

The system takes shape — logo, palette, typography, motif, and the way they behave together across a lobby wall, a spa menu, or a jar of salts. We proof it in real settings, refine, and hold each decision to the anchor.

03 — the book

and bind it to last

Everything is drawn together in a guideline book — the reference a growing team returns to for years. We deliver files, fonts, and the printed volume, then invoice the engagement in full.

the studio takes a limited number of commissions each season — reserve yours.
